The test replicates your customer’s experience from within your customer’s country by dialing your toll or toll-free contact numbers on standard phone lines with ISDN signaling.
The Spearline server sends a DTMF tone, which your IVR is configured to recognize. The IVR connects the test call to a preloaded audio wave file, which is played back over the line, recorded on the Spearline server and then analyzed to generate an audio quality score.
You will receive CD-R evidence to raise any issues with your carrier. The result is an accurate test where you can identify and report audio quality issues, which will affect your customer’s experience and provide data, enabling you to make more advised call routing and carrier sourcing decisions.
