Are you running your business phone system in the cloud?
The reliance on cloud-based team collaboration software has grown rapidly with many enterprises using these applications to keep dispersed teams connected.
But how do you measure the audio quality on these connections? With Spearline’s Microsoft Teams Voice Quality Test, you can find out.
The Microsoft Teams Voice Quality Test will replicate your call flow to or from your Cloud PBX provider. Whether the PBX technology is MS Teams Direct Routing or Operator Connect, Webex Calling, RingCentral Phone, or something else, inbound and outbound call quality can be tested in almost any country you need.
How does it work?
Spearline’s Microsoft Teams Voice Quality Test can measure both inbound and outbound audio quality.
Spearline will dial the number you wish to test from your selected country using locally connected network carriers over the PSTN network, and will end up at the Cloud PBX closest to the country selected.
From here the call will be routed through your phone system, and depending on your call plan will be directly routed inbound to a user (in this case it’s the Spearline audio quality prompt) or the call may continue to be forwarded outbound back through the Cloud PBX, over the PSTN and back to Spearline.
In both cases the Spearline audio quality prompt will be played at the end point and a PESQ score is then provided.
The Microsoft Teams test will uncover your customer’s true call experience and Spearline will measure and report :
The connection success or failure,
The Audio quality on the call
The DTMF (touch-tone) functionality
This test allows you to monitor voice quality and connectivity across your carriers,
enabling you to make more informed call routing and carrier sourcing decisions.
