We provide services to a number of big multinational companies, like MongoDB, Allergan,
Novartis, Radisson Hotels, and these big companies depend on the quality of the calls and the audio quality for all their customer interactions.

So really, our top priorities are service quality and customer satisfaction. And it was also difficult to get objective call quality scores when we were using freelancers to test, so we would mostly rely on anecdotal evidence. Okay, the call quality was good. The call quality was so-so. But using Spearline helps us get better PESQ scores.
