Yes, you can set up your full testing program through the Spearline platform. These tests will run automatically so you can proactively monitor your numbers.

You will be notified based on your pre-established alerting policy. This policy can include thresholds for alerts and different alerting rules based on the severity of the issue.

Voice Assure Interstate supports four key Spearline test types: connection, quality, conference and latency.

Yes, for each test call you will receive a PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) score. This is an objective, industry standard metric that takes into consideration characteristics such as audio sharpness, call volume, background noise, clipping, interference and latency.

Yes, Voice Assure Interstate will verify CLI presentation for each call, this will be shown as part of your complete CDRs (Call Detail Records) for each call.
