Snooze Alerts

Stop a number from alerting for a custom period.

Tip! Only users with ‘Full Access’ rights can use the snooze alerts feature.

Configure individual custom snooze alert intervals for numbers of your choice.



Set Snooze Interval:

    1. Navigate to the Snooze Alerts column in the ‘Numbers’ module as outlined below.

      1. Navigate to the Numbers module of the platform  (this can be found here in the left hand navigation menu).
      2. Use the search bar or the filters provided to search for the number you wish to set the snooze interval for.
      3. Toggle the switch in the Snooze Alerts column to On in order to open up the snooze alerts dialog box.

    2. In the new dialog box that appears, choose your snooze date range as outlined below.

      1. The Snooze until time will default to 8 hours ahead from the current time. If you wish to set a custom entry, select the Snooze until text box to open up the date/time picker.
      2. The current date will be automatically highlighted. Select the end date for the snooze, after which alerts will become active again.
        Note: If you would like to stop alerts completely, click the ‘Stop Alerts’ radio button located above the calendar and click the stop button. This will stop alerts indefinitely with no end time specified
      3. Use the sliders to set the hour and minute at which you would like the alerts to resume on your selected date.
      4. Select the Close button located top right of the window.
    3. Complete your task by clicking the Snooze button.
    4. Your task is now complete. You will receive a confirmation message on-screen to say that your alert has been set. Click anywhere outside of the window to return to the overview of the numbers.

Info You can use the filters section at the top to filter numbers by Snooze Alerts On/Off. If you cannot see the ‘Snooze’ drop-down filter, click the More button shown on the right-hand side of the filters to reveal it.


Clear Snooze Interval

How to clear a ‘Snooze Alert’ interval.

To ensure that a number is included in realtime alerting you will need to clear the Snooze Alert interval to switch the alerts back on.

To reinstate alerts on a number, do the following;

  1. Navigate to the Snooze Alerts column in the ‘Numbers’ module as outlined below.

    1. Navigate to the Numbers module of the platform  (this can be found here in the left hand navigation menu).
    2. Use the search bar or the filters provided to search for the number(s) you wish to reinstate alerts on.
    3. Toggle the switch in the Snooze Alerts column to Off.

  2. Wait a few moments for the page to refresh and you will then receive a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen so indicate that the alerts have been switched back on.

Edit Snooze Interval

To edit a snooze alert interval, do the following;

  1. Navigate to the Numbers module of the platform  (this can be found here in the left hand navigation menu).
  2. Choose the Application Type (also known as a Number Type) from the drop-down menu, located top left of the page.
  3. Use the search bar or the filters provided to search for the number you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the link to the right of the Toggle Switch to bring up the ‘Snooze Alerts’ dialog box.

    • To edit the Snooze until the interval, select the Snooze until text box to open up the date/time picker.
    • Select the new end date for the snooze, after which alerts will become active again.
      • Note: If you would like to stop alerts completely, click the ‘Stop Alerts’ radio button located above the calendar and click the stop button. This will stop alerts indefinitely with no end time specified.
    • Use the sliders to set the hour and minute you would like the alerts to resume on your selected date.
    • Select the Close button located top right of the window.
  5. Your task is now complete. You will receive a confirmation message on-screen to say that your alert has been set. Click anywhere outside of the window to return to the overview of the numbers.
