Why have I been sent this invitation?

Your employer has sent you this invitation so that they may test your connection to validate your ability to conduct voice calls while working remotely.

The link is invalid. Why is this?

Links are valid for 30 days. Opening a link after this period has ended will result in a 404 error. To continue, you must request a new test link from your employer.

What does “This is the wrong machine” mean?

Links are specific to a user and a machine. If there is an issue with the fingerprint of your machine, you will receive an error. You must request a new test link from your employer.

What do I need to do after the test has been completed?

If you receive a poor or critical result, you can use the information provided on-screen to alleviate your quality issues. You can rerun the test each time you change something to see if your voice quality has improved.
