New Feature – 23/06/2022: Long Call ‘Duration’ Data Added
What is the new feature about?
A new “Duration” data field has been added in the Analytics dashboard for the ‘Long Call’ test type. It will state how long a call stayed connected for.
What has changed after the new feature release?
A new data column will present the duration that the call was connected for when viewing the analytics for long call tests.
How is it going to make any difference for customers?
Customers can compare the duration of the call to that of the expected duration of the call to better understand why a test may have failed.
What can customers take advantage of?
Customers can avail of this extra information in order to help troubleshoot issues with long call tests.
