IVR View Dashboard

Introduction

The IVR View dashboard is used when mapping interactive voice response systems. It presents a graphical view of all maps related to IVR campaigns that have been run. Transcriptions and audio are available for each map, along with IVR statistics to help optimize your IVR journeys.

IVR View Benefits

  • All IVR Maps are saved in one location.
  • Transcriptions are displayed for each map.
  • All IVR audio is available within each map.
  • Helpful IVR statistics are displayed at the top of each map. These include the Country, Max IVR depth, and the total number of endpoints found on the IVR, as well as the start and end time of the test.

Once a number begins testing, the IVR map progress is displayed here in the ‘IVR View’ Dashboard. A user can select a campaign from the drop-down menu and select a number within that campaign in order to view the progress of the IVR tree and each transcribed node of the IVR. Maps will be presented vertically.

Audio: The audio of each recorded node is available with a right click at any node on the map. This audio can be heard using the web media player or it can be downloaded locally to your computer.

IVR Statistics: The main IVR statistics are displayed at the top of the map. These include the Country, Max IVR depth and the total number of end points found on the IVR, as well as the start and end time of the test.
