January is traditionally a time to pause to take breath and reflect on a year gone by and to look ahead to the year to come. At Spearline we look back on an incredible 2014 for us.
The year of 2014 has been all about growth and change. It brought a new website and corporate design to reflect that growth and to power us forward into new challenges ahead. In November we passed the incredible milestone of 3 million customer tests giving us a huge dataset of quality measurements worldwide. From these quality measurements we can benchmark very accurately the quality of service our customers are currently receiving and what they should expect to achieve in more than forty countries worldwide.
2014 saw us grow our workforce - reflecting a huge jump in sales which was to be rewarded in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award for the 9th quickest growing technology company in Ireland in our first year competing in these awards.
Spearline continues to recruit as we approach the year’s end to further bolster our customer service team and provide a 24/7 service to our customers who are worldwide across all time zones. We continue to expand the range of services we offer to meet and surpass our customers’ expectations.
In 2014 we introduced our Fully Managed Service to offer our customers a complete testing, reporting and improvement service where a dedicated Service Delivery Manager takes control of the entire process from initiation of testing, through setting up the reporting interface, through diagnostics and improvement to provide a complete outsourced service.
We have an enormous amount to be thankful for, not least to our wonderful staff, who have worked so hard to achieve these milestones in what has been an exceptional year for Spearline. We are so grateful for the support of our loyal customers who have been without exception so great to work with and have been so appreciative of our innovative approach to problem solving.
