At Spearline we are delighted to see the 2019 Gartner UCaaS Magic Quadrant crowded with Spearline customers! We are privileged to provide in-country telephony QoS testing; supporting the growth in global reach of these incredibly exciting companies revolutionizing the communications market. 

Service providers and enterprise users have recognized that typical network monitoring tools are not enough to ensure high-quality voice services end-to-end, as they lack visibility outside their own proprietary network.  Voice traffic originates on the customer's own in-country network (for inbound contact center services) before it arrives on a UCaaS platform and is presented to an agent, for example. Spearline provides visibility of that "in-country" leg. The Spearline platform, with it's fixed line telephony network of in-country POP's across 60+ countries, supports end-to-end testing using the call routing that customers will experience, whether that's for inbound services or in reverse for dialout and callback.
