Patrick - an all-new virtual testing manager - will be offered to our customers as an enhanced feature to verify their global in-country contact numbers are connecting.

Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI), Patrick can proactively trigger in-country testing on contact numbers, based on real-time information on possible outages.

An AI engine trained by billions of data points

As the leading provider for automated in-country telecoms testing, we've conducted many millions of tests on global toll and toll free contact numbers.

We've selected a body of over 2 billion data points to train an artificial intelligence engine to recognise patterns in global contact number outages. Patrick is the result.

Triggered intelligent testing for connection

With thousands of scheduled tests being run every hour through our testing platform, Patrick will be able to use real-time data to proactively predict where customers may be having issues with their contact numbers, and trigger testing accordingly.

On verification, Patrick will report back with enhanced reporting, allowing customers to assess if an issue is widespread, or isolated to their business.
