International Telecoms Week (ITW) - Chicago 8th-11th May 2016
The annual International Telecoms Week (ITW) conference for the global wholesale telecommunications community takes place from the 8-11 May in Chicago. Sales director Liam Dunne and CTO Matthew Lawlor will both be in attendance representing Spearline. Both Matthew and Liam look forward to meeting old customers and new at the event. Call Centre Week (CCW) - Las Vegas June 27th to July 1st
Spearline is also happy to announce it will attend Call Centre Week from 27th June to July 1st at The Mirage, Las Vegas, Nevada. CCW is the world’s largest call center conference and exhibition and is now in its 17th year. Our team will be demonstrating our industry leading, call center toll and toll-free number testing at Booth #1325. Our in country global tests pro-actively monitor your numbers for outages and automatically measure audio quality using a global industry standard.
Our tests can be scheduled automatically or can be manually launched from our easy to use testing platform with real time alerts generated for poor quality audio or outages and connection problems. The results from your call center numbers can be benchmarked against millions of other tests carried out by us for our other call centre customers.
