On our national holiday, St. Patrick’s Day, we are celebrating our Testing Support Team! The guys who answer questions, fix problems and help our clients every day!
Every year on March 17, the Irish and the Irish-at-heart across the globe observe St. Patrick’s Day. What began as a religious feast day for the patron saint of Ireland has become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, a whole lot of green and most importantly, a national day off work!
For our support team at Spearline however, St. Patrick’s Day means continuing to resolve a "parade" of client queries! So we wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate with them and highlight all the hard work they do to make sure our clients are happy! We wanted to share with you a little bit about what they do every day!
A Day in the Life of a Spearline Testing Support Specialist:
- Monitor Tests and Report any Issues
- Review DTMF recordings
- Review daily PESQ statistics and report findings to each client
- Monitor test results for transcoding
- Respond to client queries
- Liaise with providers in relation to any carrier issues
So you can rest assured that while the rest of us are off celebrating being Irish, our Testing Support Team will still be here to help!
