Since the start of the year, we have been surveying our customers to find out how satisfied they are with us. We are delighted to announce that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) currently stands at 79. Based on global NPS standards, any score over 70 puts us in the category of "world-class".
We are very pleased with this score but we know it doesn't end there. We are always looking for ways to improve and enhance the overall experience our customers have with us.
