Enterprise Connect 2018 was held in Orlando, FL, from March 12-15. Spearline Enterprise Solutions Manager, Tomas, gave us his overview of the event.
Enterprise Connect ended 2 weeks ago, but we’re still recovering from all the excitement and fun. To summarise this event in a few words; new friendships were made and existing partnerships were strengthened.
First and foremost, it was a great to catch up with our customers Bandwith, BlueJeans, BICS, LoopUp, Amazon, Twillio, Airbnb, Microsoft and more. These face-to-face meetings gave us a unique opportunity to receive feedback from our customers but also inform them about the new products which are due to be released this year, including the API, management reporting and Spearline certify. It was also great to be able to discuss products which have previously been launched such as the new platform, availability of mobile testing, Web RTC and two way audio testing.
The event proved to us how important it is to strengthen our partnership and relationship with our customers. A fantastic example is Bandwith: on each day we had people from Bandwith coming to our stand and highlighting that working with Spearline is important to their business but also to their customers. Wherever they go they speak about Spearline and highlight that they work with us. They tell other organisations that they should work with Spearline – we could not ask for a better ambassador than Bandwith!
This year in particular at EC18 we found that we had great brand awareness compared to previous years, and that shows that our presence in the US is getting stronger as we work with more and more mutinational organisations based in the States.
There were a number of great speakers and seminars throughout the event and we got the opportunity to take part in a 5k fun run which was a great way to kick off a busy day at the Expo. We're already looking forward to going back next year and making even more friendships and partnerships for the future.
