“World-class” NPS score! 

Here at Spearline, we take CX seriously. Since the start of the year, we have been surveying our customers to find out how satisfied they are with our level of support and the Spearline platform. We are thrilled to announce that our customer satisfaction score has come in at an all time high of 100, and our NPS score currently stands at 89! Based on global NPS standards, any score over 70 puts us in the category of “world-class”.

We are obviously delighted with these scores but we know it doesn’t end there. We are always looking for ways to improve and enhance the overall experience our customers have with us.
